Thinking if I just do more, add more supplements, restrict myself further, and perfectly execute my routine…THEN I would start feeling better.
Turns out it doesn’t really work like that..
That journey led me here—not just to studying holistic nutrition, but to understanding that healing happens when we’re supported on all levels: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
This work is my way of offering what I once needed—a supportive space where you can rebuild trust in your body, one step at a time.
